Abstract
PURPOSE:To make it possible to measure the temperature up to a high temperature region and to perform self-control by constituting the temperature sensor by connecting a metallic resistor wire having large resistance temperature coefficient to a metallic resistor wire having small resistance temperature coefficient in parallel. CONSTITUTION:Nickel wire, tungsten wire, molybdenum wire, platinum wire, and alloy wire of these elements are employed for the first metallic resistor wire 12 having the large resistance temperature coefficient. Nichrome wire, iron-chromium-aluminum wire and the like are employed for the second metallic resistor wire 13 having small resistance temperature coefficient. One end of said first metallic resistance wire 12 and one end of said metallic resistance wire 13 are commonly connected to one terminal rod 14. The other ends thereof are commonly connected to the other terminal rod 15. They are connected in parallel and inserted into a metal pipe 11. Insulating powder 16 is packed therein.
