Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the production of smoke due to the EGR under full load without causing the insufficient output during the stoppage or EGR, by reducing the maximum fuel injection during the EGR.
CONSTITUTION: When the engine r.p.m. is in the range of N1WN2 while the angle of a control lever 34 of a fuel injection pump A interlocked with an accelerator pedal 37 is in the range of θ1Wθ2, each signal from a rotation sensor 49 and an angle sensor 50 are received to operate a three-way solenoid valve 47 through a controller 48 thus to operate a diaphragm 5 and to open a return control valve 6 thus to perform the EGR.
