Abstract
PURPOSE:To facilitate an automatic manufacture of a stator coil by winding a self- adhesive conductor on multipolar cores correspondingly to the poles of a rotor magnet and positioning it on the surface of a stator yoke. CONSTITUTION:A self-adhesive conductor 2 is wound on cores 15 in opposite direction at the adjacent poles continuously at it is without cutting the strand at every pole. The coil is shaped in the same profile of the coil by the adhesive force of the fusion-bonding film on the surface of the conductor produced by heating or with a solvent. The shaped coil is removed from the core, and is transferred to the prescribed position on the surface of the stator yoke 20 to be adhered. Further, the coil is pressed while heating it.
