CONSTITUTION:A switch circuit 211 is operated so that an analog voltage Vx applied to an input terminal 113 is applied to one input terminal of comparators 111a-111n of a comparator 111, and the Vx is compared with voltage division voltages V1-Vn of a main voltage division circuit 112. As a result, the voltage is converted into a digital value and stored in a register 115.
