Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent a thin trumpet-shaped work or the like from vibration while it is milling-machined at its front in such a way that three faces of the work on it left and right sides as well as its tip side are thrust clamped through springs by means of one cylinder.
CONSTITUTION: A first push-rod 12 is moved by actuating a cylinder device 16, and second and third push-rods 18, 23 are moved downward through first and second pinions 29, 30. A first stabilizer seat 15 is axially moved through a first spring 19 by means of moving said first push-rod 12, and a first stabilizer rod 31 is moved to the side of a work 4 on which a clamping lever 35 is pushed. Similarly said second and third push-rods 18, 23 are actuated likewise to hold the work 4 by means of second, third and fourth clamping levers 36, 37, 38.
