Abstract
PURPOSE:To unnecessitate a tachogenerator on the load side by providing a load condition monitor. CONSTITUTION:A motor 1 having an moment of inertia JM is connected to a load 3 having an moment of inertia JL through an elastic shaft 2 having a torsional spring constant. A load torque tauL a shaft torque tauS and a motor torque tauM are generated at the load 3, the shaft 2 and the motor 1, respectively, while the revolution speeds of the motor 1 and the load 3 are nM and nL, respectively. A mian controlling system for the motor 1 is a speed controlling system including a minor control loop for current and composed of a speed regulator 10, a current regulator 5, an ignition pulse generator, a thyristor converter 4 and an AC machine for detecting a current. The main controlling system is given a compensation by the load condition monitor 12, wherein an actual value nm of respective simulated values -tauL, -tauS, -nM, -nL of the load toque tauL, the shaft torque gammaS, the motor revolution speed nM and the load revolution speed nL are obtained on the basis of an actual speed value nM and an actual current value iM, and values of -tauL, K1{-nM-(-nL)}, K2{-tauL- (-tauS)}are added to a command value iM* of the current regulator 5 in a comparing circuit 7.
