CONSTITUTION:A center shaft 12 fixed to a lower housing 4 is made of austenite stainless steel and a magnetic fluid 15 as lubricating fluid is sealed between the center shaft 12 and a rotating sleeve 7. An upper cover 8 is fixed on the upper part of a rotating sleeve 7 via an oil seal 9 and a permanent magnet 16 is provided as magnetic seal at a lower aperture. An upper cylinder 1 having a head 2 is fixed at the upper part of the rotating sleeve 7 and a lower cylinder 3 which slides with a tape and guides said tape is fixed to the lower housing 4.
