Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a color tuning circuit which is suitably follow discrepancy in the frequency of the color burst, by using a vibrator of low Q. The comparator 9 compares a color burst extracted from a composite chrominance component which appear in an output of a color amplifier 1, with chrominance subcarrier, and gives the output obtained from the comparison to the oscillator as a control voltage. When a vibrator of low Q is used as the vibrator for the oscillator 5, an oscillator 5 which oscillates suitably following the descrepancy in frequency or phase of the color burst, is obtained and desired color demodulation is realized.
