Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve production of the captioned pump, by froming a bracket of a generator integrally with a casing of a vacuum pump in order to eliminate engagement parts.
CONSTITUTION: A projecting cylinder part 26 made of aluminium material is formed integrally with a bracket 8 of a generator 8, wherein the projecting cylinder part 26 is provided at the side end of the bracket 8 and also corresponds to a casing of a vacuum pump. Because two engagement parts are eliminated and dimensional control of the engagement parts is not required, the manufacturing steps of the pump are decreased while its production is improved.
