Abstract
PURPOSE: To afford superior adhesion strength to an adhered part and chemicals resisting properties without sanding treatment for material to be adhered by a process in which a product to be adhered is pretreated by cation resin at secondary adhesion of fiber reinforced thermosetting resin products.
CONSTITUTION: At the secondary adhesion for fiber reinforced thermosetting resin (FRP) products, the surface to be adhered of FRP product is pretreated (0.01W10g/m2 is desirable for the adhesion surface of FRP) by a cation resin[polyalkylene polyamine (derivative) of polyethyleneimine, polypropyleneimine etc.], and the secondary adhesion is carried out. Further, for instance if the adhesion surface of FRP is the contact surface with forming die or the contact surface with a film used for releasing die, the forming die surface corresponding to the adhesion surface is previously coated with a cation resin, and the surface of FRP to be adhered, is hardened by forming, then the treated surface is wiped by methanol etc., if necessary. Said treated surface is used for an adhesion surface, and secondary adhesion is achieved by using thermosetting resins and reinforcing fibers.
