CONSTITUTION:An operator 70 operates a sludge solid amount and is constituted so as to integrate an operation result by providing a counter 72 as well as, to the counter 72, an appropriate sludge supply amount per one batch of a press dehydrator 64 is set by converting as a solid amount. At a point of time when operation of a sludge supply pump 46 is started in a filtering process, operation of the counter 72 is initiated and, when a counter number reached to a set value, a filtering process completion signal is emitted to stop the operation of the sludge supply pump 46. Thereby, pressuization and dehydration of the frozen fusion sludge can be carried out efficiently by a simple constitution and enhancement of a capacity of the press dehydrator can be attained.
