Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform an accurate correction of a temperature-voltage property of a temperature setter, by a method wherein a potential is divided by a resistance ratio which causes a resistance, connected in series to a temperature setter, to match a slope property of an output voltage of a temperature sensor, and this detects the output voltage of the temperature setter. CONSTITUTION:If a fixed resistance 13 is connected in series to a thermister 12, an output voltage property against the temperature of the thermister 1 forms a straight line within a temperature range TH-TL. Meanwhile, if fixed resitances 14 and 15 are connected in series to a variable resistor 11 for setting a temperature, an output voltage property against the adjustment stroke of the variable resistor 11 forms a line as shown in a drawing. A VL can be decided by approximately selecting the value of the resistance 15, and the slope of the property can be decided by selecting a ration of the value of the resistance to the value of the resistance 15. This enables the output voltage of the variable resistor 11 to match the slope property of the temperature voltage of the thermister 12. Like this, the selection of the value of the resistances 13-15 permits an output reference of a temperature set resistance to be corrected into an output reference of a temperature detecting sensor.
