PURPOSE:To decrease an input and output VSWR of the 1st gate and to eliminate the need for a matching circuit for the input and output circuit by inserting a feedback resistor between a drain of a dual gate FET and the 1st gate to which a reception input signal is applied. CONSTITUTION:A feedback resistor Rf is inserted between a drain D of a dual gate FET and the 1st gate G1 to which a reception input signal is applied. The matching for input/output can be taken completely by a suitable value of the feedback resistor Rf. A resistor Ri is provided between the 2nd gate G2 and a source S to match the 2nd gate G2 side.
