CONSTITUTION: A decoder 12 is provided and while signals 7, 8-1W8-n, and 9-1W 9-n are given logical value 1s, an enable partial fault detection signal 10 is given a logical value 0, clocks of FFs 3-1W3-n are signified; if one of logical circuits 1-1W 1-n is troubled, a fault processing circuit 4 operates to stop the machine. Then, when the signal 10 is given a logical value 1 and one of decoder outputs 12-1W12-n is selected by being indicated by a scan address 11, only selected one of fault detection FFs 3-1W3-n is signified.
