Abstract

PURPOSE:To conduct steady production in uniform extruding pressure and uniform flow of resin by a method wherein a resin passage is provided in a float so that the resin in the upper resin reservoir can move into the lower resin reservoir by drawing up the float. CONSTITUTION:The resin supplied from an extruder 17 into a head makes a high pressure flow, enters a circular passage 14, makes a tubular flow from a passage to the resin reservoir and overflows the upper resin reservoir 12. In other words, resin collides with the center of the passage, is divided into two equal flows, and each of them is guided downward at the end of the circular arc, sent to a circular passage 14 and the over flowed resin passes through a passage 16, makes a tubular flow and is pushed into a resin reservoir 12. The float 1 which has bean draun upward is pushed down by the amount and pressur of the resin sent into the resin reservoir 12, the volume of the lower resin reservoir 13 decreases for the downward displacement of the float 1 and the resin which has been stored in the resin reservoir 13 is extruded out of the head through a gap 21 between a nozzle 7 and a mandrel 5 to mold a parison.
