Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve a quality of resin from a view point of distribution of the quality of the material by improving response at the time of changeover of a quantity of extrusion of the resin without making a high pressure is a resin passage, by interposing an accumulator controlling the quantity of extrusion of each resin by storing temporarily plasticized resin. CONSTITUTION:Triple layer resin passages 13, 14, 15 leading to an extrusion port 12 are formed within a head body 11 of an extrusion head 10 by partition walls 16, 17. Accumulators 29, 30, 31 constituted of a plunger 27 driven by a cylinder 26 and a chamber part 28 are interposed respectively on the way of each passages, and plasticized resin extruded through extrusion machines 18, 20, 22 each is stored once in any of the accumulators. Then a parison P is extruded by the advancing plungers 27 of each accumulator all at once. In this instance, a quantity of extrusion of each resin is controlled according to distribution of the quality of the material of a duct to be molded. When the parison P is held into a mold arranged directly below the extrusion head 10 and air is blown into the mold, blow molding of the duct 3 is performed.
