Abstract

PURPOSE:To ensure that stripe patterns and parts of different materials can be imparted to an extrudate by simultaneous molding, by a method wherein a tubular second manifold provided with material discharging holes 3 is formed in a manifold part. CONSTITUTION:The double-tube form second manifold 3 consisting of an inner manifold 5 and an other manifold 4 is formed in a manifold 2 of a die body 1 which has a restrictor 7 and die lips 8, and the manifold 5 is provided with the material discharging holes 9-12. By charging different kinds of materials into the manifold 3, it becomes possible to simultaneously mold stripe patterns, inserts and resins of different properties such as a flexible and a rigid resin.
