Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable a test for adhesion force with a limited variation depending on an impact constant in the pitch and strength by applying the impact automatically to a combined glass with a hammer adaped to move successively at the right angle to movement of the glass. CONSTITUTION:In a space covered with a protective cover 29, a hammer 1 reciprocates to a specified position at the right angle to the movement of a combined glass 25 with a moving base 17 by way of an electrically rotating shaft 6. The hammer 1 applies an impact to the glass as released each time it comes to the position through a turning cam 10 and then, returned to the retaining position with cam 10. Therefore, the impact by the hammer 1 is automatically applied to each position of the glass on the fixed path plotting a square or the like in shape. A test for adhesion force with a limited variation is performed safely by a fixed impact through the cover 29.
