CONSTITUTION:In the first channel 2a of a magnetic tape 1 such as an audio cassette, tape, etc., a digital signal or a voice signal is recorded, and in the second channel 2b, only a voice signal is recorded. Recording signals of the channels 2a, 2b are read out by heads 3a, 3b and are amplified 4a, 4b. When an output which has been amplified 4a is a data signal for display, it is displayed on a device 11, also a switch 18 is connected to the side (a), a switching transistor 15 conducts 15, and an output to a voice outputting circuit 7 is obstructed. When an output which has been amplified 4a is a voice signal, the switch 18 is changed over the side (b), the transistor 15 is cut off, and also a resistance 19 is grounded.
