Equipping the heater 3 on the internal surface of the roller 2 conducts the heat of the heater 3 directly to the roller 2, so the time when the surface temperature of the roller 2 reaches a prescribed temperature is shortened. When it is necessary to replace the heater 3 or roller 2, either one in trouble is only replaced.
