Abstract

PURPOSE:To shorten the coating process and time and to make the height of a resin material on liq. substance injection holes uniform by coating an org. adhesive for sealing the holes by a screen printing method and by hardening the adhesive. CONSTITUTION:Many display elements 5 each holding an injected liq. crystal are fixed on the printing table of a screen printing apparatus by means of a jig so that all of rends of the elements 5 each having an injection hole are faced to the screen 6 and arranged on the same plane. The screen 6 for printing is obtd. by stretching a plane fabric of wear resistant nylon 66 having 95mum opening on an Al frame on the bias. Epoxy resin, fluororesin, acrylic ester resin, silicone resin or the like is used as an org. adhesive 4 for sealing.
