In the water tank 23 a mud ejecting conveyer 45 is installed to be driven by a motor 29 with its mud discharging portion 47 extruding to the outside of the water tank 23. Two motors 28 and 29 are accommodated in a case 31. Further, a pump 25 is installed to suck and pump out the water in the tank 23, and driven by a motor 26 in the case 30. The water pumped out from the pump 25 is sprayed to the tire through injection nozzles 65, 66, 67 and 68.
