Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an esaily washable mixer whose cutter can be moved in the axial direction by providing a detachable supporting member between the main bearing and connector of the mixer. CONSTITUTION:A detachable supporting member 14 is provided between the main bearing 10 supporting in vartically movable manner the main shaft 9 fitted with cutters 7 and 8 and a connector 12 transmitting the rotation of a motor. And, when washing the cutters 8 and 9 and the main bearing 10, the supporting member 14 is removed and the cutters 7 and 8 are moved upward. Thus, the mixer can be cleaned by leaving no corners uncleaned.
