When a switch 9 picks up a section where the frequency by the both synthesizers 8, 8' is stable, a control signal 10c is applied to the switch 9 from a control signal generator 10 so that the f0, f1, f2, f3... can be picked up sequentially at the output 11. Since the switching speed of the switch 9 can be sufficiently faster than the transient response time of the synthesizers 8, 8', even if the frequency switching interval is shorter up to the same one as the transient response time of the synthesizers 8, 8', a signal negligible in the frequency switching transient time can be obtained at the output 11.
