In the case both SW1 and SW2 are ON, iM2 and iL2 are cancelled, iL1+iM1 remain, and the output appears at CT. In the case SW2 is OFF is SW1 is ON, the primary current of CT becomes iL+iM, and the output appears. In the case both SW1 and SW2 are OFF, both the load current iL and the measuring current iM are zero, and no output appears at CT.
