PURPOSE:To provide a simple, convenient, low costed heat transfer record medium free from the anxiety of being forged after colored picture is recorded by applying a plurality of special heat sensitive inks blended in mosaic state on a substrate and by containing a decoloring agent or an alterant into the above-mentioned ink. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of kinds of heat sensitive ink 12a and 12b different in the melting point and a color tone from each other are applied in mosaic state on a substrate 11 and a decoloring agent, etc. for achromatizing desired one of the abovementioned ink at a uniform rising temperature are blended in not less than one of the above-mentioned ink, which constitute an objective heat transfer record medium 10.
