CONSTITUTION:The one uppermost sheet sh10 of copying sheets sh1 pressed in contact with a feed roller 10 passes between guide boards 35, 36 when the roller 10 rotates, and the front end of the sheet sh10 collides with a pair of register rollers in a state of pause at that time, forming an elastic bend. The roller 10 continues rotation till this time, but it is stopped by turning off its drive. The register rollers 37, 38 begin to rotate from this time on receiving a feed instruction signal, and advance the sheet toward a photosensitive drum 39. Such structure does not require a number of cams rotating in synchronism with the drum 39 and many switches, and makes the apparatus simple.
