Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable lightening of the weight by thinning a thickness of a housing material and to eliminate an acid cleaning process for surface-processing which takes place in a conventional method, by a method wherein a reinforcing plate is adhered to a booster housing by means of an adhesive agent.
CONSTITUTION: An adhesive agent 9, such as epoxy, is applied to a total surface where a housing 1 and a reinforcing plate 3 are coupled toghether to firmly adhere together the two parts. A spot weld is additionally conducted, where necessary, to firmly adhere together the booster housing 1 and the reinforcing plate 3.
