Abstract
PURPOSE:To process plural rotary multisurface mirrors simultaneously and to improve workability by attaching stage parts so as to form hollow grooves between the sides of respective bodies of rotary multisurface mirrors when the sides of these bodies are combined with each other. CONSTITUTION:When the reflecting surfaces 6 of respective rotary multisurface mirrors 5 are formed, plural bodies 16 of rotary multisurface mirrors are set on a jig 21 so as to combine with each other, and these surfaces are cut off by a diamond cutter to finish reflecting surfaces. Cut chips produced at that working are discharged from chip discharging grooves 23 formed on the stage parts 17 between the sides of respective rotary multisurface mirrors 16, preventing each body 16 of rotary multisurface mirror from cutting troubles generated when the spaces between the bodies 16 are clogged with cut chips and improving workability.
