Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify the assembly of a single base type fluorescent lamp, by applying those three elements in an integrated structure, such as a mount structure of non-linear fluorescent lamp and a glow starter, a cup with a base housing a ballast and a glass bulb, by using an adhesive. CONSTITUTION:A mount structure 16 is formed by inserting and fixing a U type fluorescent lamp 14 and a glow starter 15 holders 2, 3 of a hat-like base 1 made of heat-resisting resin such as polybutylene terephtalate resin or the like respectively. Then, a cup 7 housing a ballast 9 and an Edison screw base 8 is fitted on the mount structure 16, and the neck portion 13 of a glass bulb 11 is inserted into a gap between the hat-like base 1 and the inside wall of the cup 7. After that, the neck portion 13, the cup 7 and the hat-like base 1 are fixed to each other with an adhesive 17 of silicone resin. Thereby, the fluorescent lamp 14 or the glow starter 15 can be held steadily, assembling process can be carried out very simply, and a fluorescent lamp device used by being attached to the socket of an electric bulb can be produced easily.
