Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate work necessary to establish electrical connection by a method wherein a commutator board with commutator bar on the top surface and terminal for bridging coil forming multicore sheet wires on the back surface is fit into an end opening of a coil made of two layers of multicore sheet. CONSTITUTION:Multicore sheet wire is spirally wound to form an inner cylinder 3 on which an outer cylinder 4 made of the same material is formed with its spiral pattern running askew to that of the inner cylinder 3. A specified length of the cylinder is then cut off to form a coil 6. A disk shaped commutator board 9 is prepared which is provided with commutators 10 on one side and connector terminals 7 on the other side whose pitch corresponds to that of the multicore sheet of coil 6. The commutator board 9 is provided with extension strips 13 connecting the sheet wires and commutators 10, and a hub 19. The hub 19 fits into the coil 6 end opening, and is caulked secure after wires in the coil are bridged via connecting terminals 7.
