Abstract

PURPOSE: To get a stable friction resistance by two friction members one of which is made of resin containing oil.
CONSTITUTION: A friction member 11 is rotatably fitted to the flange 10 of a driving shaft 10 in an integrated configuration. The friction member 11 is made of independent bubble type oil containing plastic which contains polyacetal resin, while a base 12 is made of stainless steel plate. The friction member 11 is pressed to the base 12 by means of a adjusting nut bearing provided on a frame 14 which is fixed to the base 12 and a spring 16 provided between the flange 10 and the adjusting nut bearing 15. Consequently, the fluctuation of the frictional resistance between the friction member 11 and the base 12 can be stabilized as shown by a broken line D in the graph.
