Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide possiblity of ramdom drive/processing automatically when works flow in random by placing in memory the kind of the work lying between the work distinctive device and the processing station.
CONSTITUTION: A conveyor 6 has an endless chain to transport works. When coming to an distinctive device 7, a work is elevated by a lifter and located. The distinctive device 7 judges if the work has any projection and lets the work fall by its own weight on to a guide 13. The work on the guide 13 is transferred onto another guide 15 by a shifter 14 and sent to a convevor 10 automatically through the action of lifter 16. In case four different types of works flow in random, a memory 7 is furnished to judge which kind of work lies in which position and put the obtained data in memory. Thus even through works flow in randowm, the intended processing cycle to each work can be performed automatically.
