Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify and to reduce the size by providing V-shaped grooves for preventing the rotation of a disc at three position on the incline of the disc while employing a spherical bearing to integrate the electrode fall-down correcting section and the rotary direction correcting section in an electrode fall-down correcting device. CONSTITUTION:Fall-down correction bolts 26 are provided with the interval of 90 deg. at two positions (On the X axis and Y axis) on the outercircumferential side of a flange 21 fixed on the lower face of a quill for a discharge work machine, while a clamp bolt 27 is screwed at the position equi-distance (or 130 deg.) from said bolts 26. A portion of the upper face of the disc 22 will form a ring-shaped inclined face while V-shaped groove 22a is provided radially at the position corresponding with the fixing position of said bolts 26 and 27, and since the tip section of each bolts 26, 27 will contact against said groove 22a the rotation of the disc 22 is prevented. With such structure the simplification and the size reduction can be achieved.
