Abstract

PURPOSE:To receive stably a signal by restoring the carrier from which an amplitude modulation component is removed at the reduced carrier wave single-side band signal transmission system utilizing this carrier wave and product-detecting this signal. CONSTITUTION:A receiving signal of a reduced carrier single-side band is added to an amplitude limiting amplifier 6 and a product detection circuit 10 through a mixer 2. An output signal of amplifier 6 is added to a demodulator 14 and a time base modulator 16 and the output of a demodulator 14 is added to an integration circuit 15. The demodulator 14 and the integration circuit 15 perform a role as a phase detector. While, the modulator 16 adds delay with the quantity in proportion to the output signal obtained from the circuit 15, to the output signal of the amplifier 6. The output signal of the modulator 16 provides only carrier components and is added to the product detection circuit 10 and LPF11 to be given to an output terminal 13.
