Abstract

PURPOSE: To effecitively control the temperature in a room to be heated in accordance with the condition of the room, by a method wherein the temperature in a room to be heated is detected by a heat sensor, and the preheating time of a heater is determined in comparison with the detected signal and the signal of a set temperature.
CONSTITUTION: a plurality of centralized terminal components 3 is connected in juxtaposition to a processor 1 through two-wire transmitting circuit 2, and to these centralized terminal components 3, a plurality of heat sensors 5, corresponding to a plurality of rooms to be heated 4 are connected, and at the same time, the heaters 6, making pair with the sensors 5, are connected through a local board 7.
