Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the discoloration of a film and formation of short molded part and enhance moldability by exhausting the air contained in a mold when molding. CONSTITUTION:A cavity mold 4 and a core mold 5 are clamped to each other with the film 2 clamped therebetween, and the air is drawn between the film 2 and the cavity mold 4 by forcibly sucking out the air present therebetween by a vacuum pump through an air vent 19. In this condtion where the film 2 is closely contacted to the cavity mold 4, a resin is supplied from a runner 10 and is molded by injecting it through a gate 7 provided in the core mold 5. As a result, the resin is molded in one body with the film 2 in the condition of being closely adhered to the film 2. In this case, since no air is present between the film 2 and the cavity mold 4, no discoloration nor short molding can occur.
