Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable the stable operation of a sewage pump, by connecting a water level detector to an electric motor for the discharge valve of the pump through a secondary resistance lowest notch, a water level limiter and an opening degree controller.
CONSTITUTION: A water level detector 9 is connected to an electric motor 2 for the discharge valve 3 of a sewage pump through a secondary resistance lowest notch 11, a water level limiter 7 which receives a pump well water level signal under the working of the secondary resistance lowest notch 11 when the rotational frequency of the pump is minimum with a low pump well water level, and an opening degree controller 8 which receives the output of the water level limiter 7 to control the opening and closing of the discharge valve 3. According to this constitution, the sewage pump 1 can be continuously operated for a minute inflow rate of sewage as well. As a result, the sewage pump 1 can be stably operated.
