Abstract
PURPOSE:To suppress the increase in the supply voltage with the increase in relay devices, by providing a main power feeding circuit consisting of a power supply line and earth or sea water between relay stations and connecting a plurality of relay device blocks connected in series with relay devices in parallel between relay stations. CONSTITUTION:A main power feeding line consisting of a power supply line 2 and earth or sea water 6 is provided between relay stations 1. A plurality of relay device blocks 4 connected with a prescribed number of relay devices 3 between the sea water 6 and the line 2 are connected in parallel between the relay stations 1. Thus, the increase in the power supply voltage with long distance of a submarine relay system or that with the increase in the number of relay devices due to high frequency transmission band can be suppressed.
