Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the safety in checking and repairing work by a method wherein the device can not be restarted unless a starting switch is operated over again to start, after once a water leakage sensing switch or the like acts to stop the device in the captioned circuit for floor heating panel or the like.
CONSTITUTION: If water leak occurs either at a circulating pipe 2 or at a heater tank 4, the level switch 5 is OFF and the excitation of a main relay 7 is stopped, resulting in stopping the electric power supply to a circulating pump 11 and a heater 13. At this time, the current continuously flows within a secondary shunt, in spite of the normally open contact 7a' of the main relay 7 being OFF, because the secondary shunt is kept in self-holding state due to the normally open contact 8a of a primary auxiliary relay 8, resulting in keeping the normally closed contact 8b of a primary shunt in OFF state. Even if the lefel switch 5 automatically returns to ON state during the checking and repairing work under the condition as described above, the circulating pump 11 and the heater 13 can be restarted, unless the normally closed contact 8b in the primary shunt of the primary auxiliary relay 8 is reset over again to ON state after a switch 10 in once switched OFF.
