The sheath consits of polyethylene, etc., and has a lot of closed hollow parts 27a in its inside. The hollow part 27 a is formed intermittently in both the circumferential direction and the lengthwise direction. The sheath 27 is prepared by use of a die having a shape as shown in the figure, by the extrusion converting method.
