Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a heat insulating material economically by strengthening the adhesion between surface materials of the conventional core material and a new highly radiative foil body with a foaming pressue in the foaming of the core material depending on the self-adhesivity of the core material in the formation thereof, eliminating the use of an adhesive therebetween. CONSTITUTION:A base material 2 such as metal hoop is molded in a sectional shape as illustrated with a molding machine 3 and a highly radiative foil body 5 is fed bringing the smooth surface 5a thereof into contact with the back face 2a of the base material face to face. A polyisotianate foam material 6a for forming a core material 6 is evenly delivered from a feeder 8 to be bonded with a back material 10 and foamed and hardened. The foil body 5, provided with the through hole for passing the adhesive can utilize the self-adhesivity thereof effectively. The refractory and heat insulating panel as product can provide a sufficient heat insulating property from low to high temperature range.
