Abstract
PURPOSE: To manfacture a flawless, uniformly plated container at low cost by making press working on a plated thin plate.
CONSTITUTION: A thin plate itself is plated and a plated container is manufactured by press working such as drawing, bending etc. In this case, when a plated plate is drawn, the thickness of plating layer of the plated face becomes thinner than that of the thin plate. Accordingly, the thickness of plating layer is adjusted beforehand so that it becomes desired thickness. When a container subjected to press working, especially drawing, is plated the plating layer inside of the container is liable to become uneven.In this method, however, that plates this plate, the plating layer can be formed easily and uniformly.
