Abstract
PURPOSE:To stably monitor the inside of the storage vessel of an atomic reactor and the like, by separating and making independent an optical system of a camera and a photoelectric conversion system from a TV forming section. CONSTITUTION:A pick-up unit A consists of photoelectric conversion elements 13a, 13b consisting of a pickup lens 11, dichroic prism 12 and CCD, and of first stage amplifiers 14a, 14b. On the other hand, the main body a TV camera device B comprises amplifiers 15a, 15b at the 2nd stage and after, color separation circuits 16a, 16b, filters 17a, 17b, 17c, matrix circuit 18, color coder 19, synchronizing signal generation circuit 20, pulse generation circuit 21 and drivers 22a, 22b, 22c. This pickup unit A is located in the surrounding wall 1a of the storage vessel of an atomic reactor and it is coupled with the main body B with a cable C. Thus, stable monitoring is made over a long period even under the strict circumferential condition.
