Abstract
PURPOSE:To perform finishing work of a workpiece male part by roughly processing the other part of said workpiece except more than two designed points on the contour while leaving a small portion unprocessed and subsequently processing the roughly processed area again without dropping the workpiece at the second-cut. CONSTITUTION:Piercing processing of a workpiece 1 lower hole is performed by means of a lower hole processing device at the first processing starting point S1. Subsequently, a wire is forced to pass through said lower hole and set between upper and lower wire guides by means of an automatic wire connection device and rough processing is performed along a track 2 up to the first stopping point B. Next, the wire is automatically cut, moved to the second processing starting point S2, and piercing process of workpiece lower hole is achieved, wire is set, and rough processing is carried out without dropping a workpiece male part 4, along the track 2 up to the second processing point D. Then, the wire is cut, returned to the first process starting point S1 and set. Further, a directed amount of wire is taken to the workpiece male side as an offset, positioned in finishing process starting point A', moved along a track 3. Subsequent to finishing process on it, the workpiece male part 4 is obtained.
