Abstract
PURPOSE:To make a main head and an auxiliary head into one body, by facing two semiconductor blocks to each other through a nonmagnetic material to constitute a gap and by slicing them obliquely for the gap and by forming a vertica face on the slice face and by causing sliced them to adhere to a core having a gap symmetrical to this gap. CONSTITUTION:Gap forming faces of semiconductor blocks 9 and 10 are finished to a mirror face, and one block 9 is provided with a winding groove 13 for a coil. Both blocks 9 and 10 are melt-fixed by a low-melting point glass or the like to form a gap 14. A core block 15 is sliced obliquely along the dotted line and is finished into a mirror face, and after that, it is cut perpendicularly to the slice face in a distance l0 apart from a gap 16 to obtain a core 19. A core 20 symmetrical to this core 19 is formed similarly, and both cores 19 and 20 are faced to each other in the vertical face and are melt-fixed in 24 by a low-melting point glass or the like, thus making the main head 19 and the auxiliary head 20 into one body.
