Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the performance of running by equipping a vehicle body with fixed caterpillar wheels each between four movable caterpillar wheels consisting of wheels and caterpillars. CONSTITUTION:On the main body 10 of a mobile monitoring device, a TV camera 12 is fitted so that it is capable of moving in any direction. At the front and back of the main body 10 in its running direction, caterpillar wheels 11a and 11d, and 11c and 11d each consisting of movable wheels and a caterpillar are provided.
