Abstract

PURPOSE:To calculate an induced voltage of an armature coil correctly by computing an induced voltage of thereof in the section to which power is supplied from the power source with a drop in the voltage of a feeder. CONSTITUTION:Adders 10 and 11 add the output voltages VA and VB and the output currents IA and IB of power converters 1A and 1B separately. An amplifier 12 calculates a drop in voltage [-RC(IA+IB)] due to a resistance RC of an armature coil 2 while a differentiator 13 calculates a drop in voltage [-LCd/bt(IA+IB)] due to an inductance LC thereof. An amplifier 16 and a differentiator 17 calculates a drop in voltage [-Rfk(IA+IB)], [-LCd/dtk(IA+IB)] due to resistances Rf and Lf of feeders 5A and 5B from the power converters 1A and 1B to the armature coil 2 with a switch 3 closed. An adder 18 adds the outputs of the adder 10, the amplifiers 12 and 16 and the differentiators 13 and 17 and outputs an induced voltage E of the armature coil 2.
