On the other hand, an increase in a resistance R312 between (b) and (p) reduces the revolution of an auxiliary motor 2 for driving a cooling fan. While the resistance between (b) and (p) is above a specified level, the main motor 1 increases speed while leaving the auxiliary motor 2 being halted. This minimizes the power consumption while assuring an efficient cooling of the main motor.
