Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the number of lamps and to make display of a wide range by comparing the detected physical quantity and reference set values, and displaying one lamp output of plural lamps in plural display modes based on the compared outputs thereof. CONSTITUTION:When a detection signal is applied from a revolution sensor 1 to a number of revolution detecting circuit 2, the circuit 2 supplies the voltage Vin corresponding to the number of revolutions to a comparator 3. The comparator 3 compares the voltages V1-V4 of reference voltage setters 4-1-4-4 and the Vin, and outputs the signals 2-4 which flicker any one of a red lamp 9-1, a yellow lamp 9-2, or a blue lamp 9-3 in correspondence to low revolutions, middle revolutions and high revolutions. When the number of revolution is low and is out of a correct range, a signal is output from the output 1 of the comparator 3 to light the red lamp 9-1. When the number of revolutions is too high, a signal is outputted from the output 5 of the comparator 3 to light the blue lamp 9-3.
